Private business coaching

$299 / month

An optional add-on to ayrflow. Your existing software subscription is separate.

✓4 private 30-minute video sessions with Cole per monthly billing period.
✓Unused sessions expire at the end of each billing period and do not roll over.
✓Cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice to keep the session. Later cancellations and no-shows use that session.
✓Billed $299 every month in addition to your ayrflow software plan, until you cancel from Manage billing.
✓Session preparation through a private intake.
✓A member workspace for shared notes and action items.

Questions

Is this included in my ayrflow plan?

No. Coaching is an optional $299/month add-on, separate from your software subscription.

Is this private or group coaching?

Private coaching. Each paid month includes 4 one-on-one 30-minute video sessions.

Is this Flow AI?

No. This is human coaching with Cole. Flow AI and your software features remain separate.

Can I use it if I connect Jobber or Housecall Pro?

Yes. Connecting a CRM does not change the coaching offer.

What if I need to cancel a session?

Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours ahead and the session goes back to you. Later cancellations and no-shows use that session.

What happens to sessions I don't use?

They expire at the end of each billing period and don't roll over.
