ayrflow was born out of late nights in a Colorado garage office — chasing leads, retyping quotes, and missing kids' bedtimes. We built the tool we wished we had.

ayrflow is the AI-powered back office for $1M–$10M contractors running Housecall Pro or Jobber. It sits on top of your CRM and unifies the surfaces those tools weren't built for — a universal lead inbox, the Flow AI quote builder, crew scheduling, a review queue for every AI action, bi-directional CRM sync, invoice follow-through, reporting, and team permissions — into one workspace your whole crew logs into.
Think of it as the operations layer between the field and the CRM: leads come in, quotes go out in ~90 seconds, jobs land on the right crew's schedule, invoices close themselves when they're paid, and you get real numbers on which job types, crews, and lead sources actually make money.
