How it works, step by step

1. Input. Drop the plan, photos, or forwarded email into Flow — or let a lead from the unified inbox carry its attachments in automatically.
2. Interpretation. Flow identifies the work: square footage, materials, access constraints, and anything ambiguous enough to ask you about.
3. Pricing. Line items are pulled from your rate book at current cost with your margin applied. Missing items are surfaced rather than guessed.
4. Review. The draft lands in the review queue. Edit quantities, swap items, add exclusions, or reject it entirely.
5. Send. Approve and it goes to the customer — and, if you sync with Housecall Pro or Jobber, to your CRM as well.
