Invoicing and Payments That Close Themselves
Invoices go out from your own Stripe account, customers pay by card or ACH, and the job closes on its own when the money lands.
Your account, your money
During onboarding ayrflow provisions a Stripe Connect account in your business name. Every customer payment settles directly to your bank on your own payout schedule. ayrflow is not a payment processor and never holds funds — it is the software that tells Stripe what to bill and then keeps your job records honest about what came back.
What you can bill
- Deposits. Collect a deposit at acceptance so material purchases are not funded out of your operating account.
- Progress invoices. Bill by phase on multi-week projects and keep the outstanding balance visible on the project record.
- Final invoices. Send the same day work completes, built from the approved quote plus any change orders.
- Card and ACH. ACH keeps fees sane on large project totals; cards keep small jobs frictionless.
Follow-up that stops itself
Unpaid invoices surface in the attention queue by age and amount, and ayrflow drafts the reminder for you to approve. When payment clears, the webhook posts back, the job's balance updates, and every scheduled reminder for that invoice is cancelled. The most common source of embarrassment in contractor software — dunning a customer who already paid — simply cannot happen.
From invoice to profitability
Because payments reconcile to the job, revenue lines up with the cost side automatically: labor from crew hourly rates and clocked hours, material from receipts and Ramp card transactions matched by PO number. The profitability report then answers the question that matters — which job types, crews, and lead sources actually make money — instead of waiting for the bookkeeper's month-end.
Alongside your CRM
If you still run Housecall Pro or Jobber, invoices can flow through the sync so the office keeps its familiar view. If you have moved fully onto ayrflow, native invoicing is the whole path from quote to cash in one system.
Frequently asked questions
Whose Stripe account do payments go to?
Yours. ayrflow provisions a Stripe Connect account in your business name during onboarding, and customer payments settle directly to your bank — ayrflow never holds your money.
Can customers pay by ACH as well as card?
Yes. Card and ACH are both supported, which matters on large project invoices where card fees are painful.
Does invoicing work if I still use Housecall Pro or Jobber?
Yes. You can invoice natively through ayrflow or let invoices sync with your connected CRM, depending on where your office prefers to work.
What happens when an invoice is paid?
The payment posts back to the job automatically, the invoice closes, and the follow-up sequence stops — no one has to remember to mark it paid.
